Amy the founder of EES Cambridge, has many years of experience in the language education and language services sector. She started out her career by completing language teacher training (PGCE) at the University of Cambridge. She later also completed an MPhil in Research in Second Language Education at the University of Cambridge and an MSc at the University of Oxford in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition.

 

Amy is the former Head of English for international students at MPW College, London. Under her management, the MPW English department received the highest ranking possible in a national inspection. Amy later worked as a Project Director, helping an online English language education startup get set up in Hong Kong.

 

Meanwhile, Amy was getting so many requests from around the world for English services, private tuition, coaching and consultancy from people of all ages, levels and from all different backgrounds but she did not have the time to manage them all. She then kept being asked for recommendations for other English experts and so finally, she decided to set up EES Cambridge to connect clients with the best English language tutors, coaches and consultants she could find globally.

 

Teaching has been in Amy's family for generations, and Amy wishes to continue the family legacy by upholding the highest quality standards. Amy manages all recruitment of tutors, coaches and consultants herself, oversees all material preparation and monitors feedback closely after each session to ensure all clients are 100% satisfied.
